This and That

Hi Guys -

It recently occurred to me that I have not done a blog post since we got back from Kiawah Island. What with work, Glenn getting COVID, and us not really going much of anywhere, there is not a lot exciting to blog about. I fear we will more than make up for this next month after our trip to California...

Anyhoo, we've still been taking lots of pics around the homestead, so here we go.

I guess the order doesn't really matter, so let's start with these two knuckleheads.

I guess they want to come in...

I mean, they're real cute.

You can tell they are best friends.

Ok, so we can also share some flora and fauna....

Here's our gardenia bush in bloom...

Our herb garden...

Our new lemon tree...

And a new rose bush...

On the fauna side of things, we recently spotted this giant slug:

A dragonfly (we see these all the time):

And a gorgeous spotted owl:

Also, because I don't have any good place to put these, here is a picture of Glenn imitating one of Eddie's toys - Shellshocked Turtle.

And, inside Shellshocked Turtle, is ANOTHER SURPRISE TOY. Shocked Fish.

Speaking of weirdos, here we are with David and Marsha on the Safety Harbor Pier! :-)

Here are some other pics from around the pier on a more cloudy day.

PUPPY BREAK!

Mom and Dad, as you know, I was unable to get my hair highlighted before our trip, so here is the update on that.

Also, as you know, I did not win an Emmy this year, but here was the nice nomination certificate they sent me.

Randomly, here's our new grill I was telling you about...

...and the antique hot rod we saw at dinner the other night.

Ok...onward. Here are some pics Glenn took on some of his morning bike rides.

Alright everyone - it's time to get in the pool!

SO. MUCH. SPLASH.

Everyone feeling refreshed?!

OK, I'll wrap this up with some more of Glenn's sunrise pics - this from one day when the harbor was smooth as glass.

Hope you all are enjoying your summer so far! Love you!
