Springtime, Puppies and Flowers

Hey all -

It's April! Hope Western PA is treating you all to a lovely spring. Things are beautiful here. Our confederate jasmine, gardenia and Easter lilies are all in bloom and smell wonderful. We've been trying to walk the dogs twice a day so we're getting lots of nice time outside in the sunshine.

Additionally, we've both been fully vaccinated, so should be safe to re-enter society at the end of next week!

Anyway, I hope you aren't tired of Eddie yet, because he's in most of the pics we have. He is a lot of fun and we love him. Eva loves him too, as it's plain to see.

We took them to the nearby empty dog park shortly after we first got him. Here's a fun little video.

And afterwards - just laying in the dirt...

He looks so small compared to Eva in this pic, but man, he has since gained on her a good bit.

So another little adventure we went on a few weeks ago was taking the dogs to John Chestnut park, where we traditionally take family photos.

Eva is smiling!

Family selfie!

Here are some other pics from the park:

So, typically, during the week, when I'm working, I have the dogs with me in the office. I put Eddie in his "playpen" where he is currently sleeping as I type.

The other evening, when he was not in the crate, he did this:

Apparently, eating walls runs in the family. My friends were saying that perhaps our walls are made out of bacon.

When we were looking for a puppy, I told Glenn I wanted a puppy that would cuddle and sit on my lap. Wish granted. (However, this may be less pleasant when he's 70 lbs.)

Speaking of getting bigger, when we first got Eddie, he could stand under the coffee table. Now, not so much. I feel like you can actually SEE him growing in these pics.

Ok...let's take a break from Eddie. You want to see some orchids? Everything is in bloom right now.

Also, Glenn continues to go on his bike rides in the morning and sent me some nice pics from the bay.

Look! He caught a fish mid-jump!

And some dolphin pics!

Ok guys, that's all we have for now...unless of course, you'd like to see a SLEEPING PUPPY?

Put your paw in the air...like you just don't care...

Hope you all are doing well. Love you! Byeeeee!
